Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released a notification on official website for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector SI (Confidential) ASI (Clerk / Accountant) Post. This recruitment is for 537 positions. UPPRPB Application Form has started on 20 December 2025 & the candidates can apply till the 19 January 2026. Minimum age required is 21 Years & The Maximum Age Is 28 Years as on 01 July 2025.

Age-Criteria:

• Minimum Age : 21 Years

• Maximum Age : 28 Years

• UPPRPB provides age relaxation for the Sub-Inspector SI (Confidential) ASI (Clerk / Accountant) Post as per their regulations.

Eligibilty:

• Sub-Inspector (Confidential) : Graduate, Typing (English : 30 wpm, Hindi : 25 wpm), Steno : 80 wpm, A bachelor's degree from an Indian university established by law, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the government.Must have passed “O” level examination in Computer from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT Society) (formerly DOEACC Society) of Government of India or any qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
• Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk) : Graduate, Typing (English : 30 wpm, Hindi : 25 wpm),A bachelor's degree from an Indian university established by law, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the government.Must have passed “O” level examination in Computer from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT Society) (formerly DOEACC Society) of Government of India or any qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
• Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts) : B.Com Degree, Hindi Typing : 15 wpm, Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Master's Diploma in Accountancy from a University established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.Must have passed “O” level examination in Computer from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT Society) (formerly DOEACC Society) of Government of India or any qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
