Age-Criteria:

• For Post of Junior Software Engineer (JSE):

Minimum 22 - Maximum 28 years, Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD as per Govt. of India instructions.

• For Post of Junior NetworkEngineer (JNE):

Minimum 22 - Maximum 28 years, Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD as per Govt. of India instructions.

Note: The cut-off date for determining the age limits shall be 31 December 2016.

Vacancy:

• 40 post available in Junior Software Engineer
• 14 post available in Junnior Network Engineer.

Eligibilty:

• For Junior Software Engineer (JSE):

B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA / 3 year Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Enabled Services & Management / A Level examination of DOEACC. 3-year Diploma should be recognized by the Directorate of Training and Technical Education of any State / Govt. of India. Candidates holding 4-year degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or 3 year MCA, may apply. Degree should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE. Degrees through Distance Education should be recognized by Distance Education Bureau of UGC. Minimum 60% marks in qualifying Diploma / Degree (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates)

• For Junior Network Engineer (JNE):

3 year Diploma in Electronics or Electronics and Communication or related subjects like Instrumentation. 3-year Diploma should be recognized by the Directorate of Training and Technical Education of any State/ Govt. of India. Candidates holding 4-year degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication may apply. Degree should be recognized by UGC / AIU / AICTE. Degrees through Distance Education should be recognized by Distance Education Bureau of UGC. Minimum 60% marks in qualifying diploma / degree (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates)

Candidates should note:

• Candidates appearing for the Online test must hold the qualifying diploma / degree on the date of applying for the said post wherein they have secured minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates), and fulfill other eligibility criteria. Equivalent qualifications as per Government of India rules are acceptable.
• Recruitment would be subject to verification of character, educational qualifications, and other certificates required.
• Period of Employment: The appointment to the advertised post will be on contractual basis for a period of 5 years; which includes a probationary period of one year unless extended by the Competent Authority
• During the period of probation, an employee shall be liable to be discharged from service of CRIS without notice or without assigning any reasons, at the sole discretion of CRIS.
• Further extension of contract beyond five years and progression in the organization will be governed by the relevant CRIS rules.

Pay Scale:

Level 6 of 7th Pay Commission Recommendations + DA and other Allowances as per CRIS Rules. (Basic pay at the beginning of the scale would be about Rs. 35400 per month)

Selection Process:

Online Computer Test would be conducted for placing the candidates in order of merit according to the marks obtained. In case the marks obtained are same, then the one with the earlier date of birth would be placed higher in the order of merit. In case of tie in date of birth also, candidate with higher marks/percentage in the qualifications required will be placed higher in the order of merit. Candidates will be considered in the order of merit only.
